Petro Chemical - SASOL Secunda

SASOL Secunda has a clear-cut goal in terms of enabling technology to profit the company: They want to be the worldwide leader. In 2001, SASOL initiated Project Champion, a full scale MES implementation, based on the Honeywell Busines.Flex MES suite. MES Africa handled two key implementation streams of the project, which have been a great success.

Experience gained on this project is vast and includes:

Analysis, design and implementation of Operations Management solution
from Honeywell's Business Flex suite of applications.
Integrations points with other Production solutions such as PHD historian,
Oracle database, and LP Model (Aspen PIMS)
Historian implementation, upgrade and maintenance.
Data cleanup and integrity.
Process Health Solution design and implementation. (In progress)
