Processing - Corning Products SA

Corning Products SA recently rolled out PI at their Port Elizabeth facility. The initial project was carried out by their internal IT staff. There were some problems with interfacing and user commitment to the new system and Corning asked MES Africa to do an audit on their system and get users involved in the use of PI. A short AS-IS analysis was done, after which MES Africa did some reconfiguration of the system, carried out user training, and built a "CPSA" overview ProcessBook. We also left some example reports and graphics, to give engineers and process staff a head-start with their own development.
