Practical experience in small to large projects, ranging from hardware installations to Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions. Our Project Managers have extensive experience in the Manufacturing and IT environments. The Project Planning phase will typically include the estimation of effort, budgeting, resource allocation, project team structure and project scheduling. During project execution the project manager will monitor the progress, setup client progress meetings, compile client progress reports, formal scope control procedures and formal communication procedures.
